How to Manage Your Upcoming Reservation
If you have an upcoming reservation in our system for your timeshare week, you will see that reservation displayed on the owner portal dashboard.
Simply click on the reservation and you will be brought to a screen that will you give you the options needed to manage your reservation.
Using this screen you can update your guest information, print your registration form, and even exchange your week.
Clicking the Edit Guest Info link will allow you to update guest information for that specific reservation as well as enter your vehicle parking information.
Clicking the Edit Guest info will cause the reservation record to appear on your screen where you can update guest and vehicle information.
Once you have successfully updated to the correct information, just click Save or “Save and Close” and your information will be instantly updated.
